Welcome to Lovely. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lovely mobile application and website at trylovely.app (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Lovely (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Lovely is a couple games platform that provides interactive games, questions, challenges, and activities designed for couples. The Service includes a free web-based experience as well as a mobile application available on the Apple App Store. Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Lovely and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as incidental to normal web browsing or as expressly permitted by us in writing.
You may be able to create, submit, or share content through the Service (such as journal entries, drawings, or responses). You retain ownership of any content you create. However, by submitting content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and share through the Service.
Some features of the Service may be available only through a paid subscription or in-app purchase. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE GAMES AND ACTIVITIES PROVIDED ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP COUNSELING OR THERAPY.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LOVELY, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lovely operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
